Carl Cox announces his Evolution live show for Ultra Music Festival in Miami this March

Legendary DJ and producer, and ASW label co-head, Carl Cox is set to make history with his first-ever full live set at Ultra Music’s milestone 25th anniversary celebration in March 2025. Known for his innovative sound and electrifying performances, Cox is preparing a new show that promises to be one for the ages.

In his own words:

“For the first time ever, I’ll be performing my new show ‘Evolution,’ which is a full live set, at Ultra Music in Miami this March! This means I’ll be playing my music live on stage, using a combination of hardware and software to create and manipulate sounds in real-time. Unlike a DJ set with pre-recorded tracks, or my hybrid set that combines elements of live performance and DJing, I’ll be crafting and evolving the music live, adding an extra layer of spontaneity and energy to the performance.

This is something I’ve been planning for a long time, and I couldn’t be more excited to bring it to life. I promised you all something special in honour of their 25th anniversary, and this is it!”
